happy april!

Last night was McKenna's surprise birthday party. :) It was great. Taylor De and I got to her house while she was at tutor and chilled and talked until she got home. Except, she came home a tad earlier than we'd expected, so when we saw the Pimpmobile pull up in the driveway, we had to drop our stuff and hide behind the fireplace. We heard her come through the door, bustle around a bit, whistling the entire time of course. The whistling slowly came to a halt as she spotted our stuff. "Mom, I think Taylor and Olivia are here!" "What? They are?" "Yeah! Or else someone stole their stuff and put it here." Taylor and I crept out from behind the fireplace. McKenna looked at us and went ":D WHAT'S GOING ON??" "Surprise!" Lisa goes, "You have birthday friends!"
I love that family so much.
Ileana, Taylor Du, Karyn, Lily, and the rest of the McNabbs came over for dinner and tie-dying and presents and ice cream cake. Taylor De and I slept over, went to choir this morning with McKenna, and then we all headed off to the retreat.
(Where we made the best bread EVER. I left Elly a message partly about it. Haha.)
I got home today and took an hour-long nap during Spongebob; that was nice.
Finished my English essay by the time my parents got home from their Native American thing.
Going to sleep at about 11 tonight I think.
